Familiar
The "Valtanungut" previously named "Kratzbergerhof" is run by the second family generation. A house filled with tradition and many longtime guests who have since become friends. Mrs. Maria Unterholzner and her husband Josef first opened the guesthouse in 1981, spoiling the guests with home-made traditional recipes and her husband played his part by warming their hearts with the "Steirisher Organ".
Through shared love and hospitality, our guests have become good friends to us!
But the progress of time also changed much in "Kratzbergerhof". In 2003 their daughter, Helena proceeded with the running of the guesthouse, today known as "Valtnaungut". Together with her husband Walter Eschgfäller and their two children Maria and Alexander and also the senior Mrs. Unterholzner, they endeavour to satisfy every need of their very valued guests!
